Eligibility You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged after delivery, items returned after the 14-day window, and items purchased on sale.
